MEASUREMENTS AND TESTING

Tests are performed in the test centre:

• Tensile and compression strength up to 100kN.
• Vehicle cold starts.
• Vehicle ignition diagnostics.
• Vibration tests up to a velocity of 90g.
• Thermal shock (-40°C / 150°C / 10sec.).
• Climate tests – combination of temperature (-40°C / 200°C) / humidity / vibrations.

Measurement done in laboratory:

• Length measurement.
• Measurement of shape deviations and position on the components.
• Surface profile measurement.
• Calibration of measuring instruments in the areas of length, pressure, electrical variables.
