EMPLOYEE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

In our company, education is perceived as a strategic issue and is provided to all employees from the ordinary worker to the company management based on analysis of training needs.

In addition to standard courses, which we annually provide to our employees, we also prepare comprehensive development programmes for individual target groups. We are dedicated to young talents – specialists, we have prepared a programme for supervisors and, last but not least, the programme to ensure competent generation changes in middle and top management.

We use all the modern methods of personnel management – recruiting assessment centres, development centres to identify employees? needs; we introduced e-learning as a standard learning environment, we organise outdoor or team-building programmes.
