BRISK SPARK PLUGS ON THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

BRISK Spark Plugs will be another season on the MXGP World Series with the ?JD KTM GUNNEX RACING TEAM? satellite team in 2020. After mutually successful cooperation in 2019, the owner of the firm BRISK Tábor a.s., ing. Mojmír Čapka and Jiří Jankovský, the owner of the team, agreed to continue.

The success and application of BRISK spark plugs (formerly PAL) has a rich history in motorsport. PAL spark plugs were part of the laurel successes of Czechoslovak motorsport as early as the 1950s – 1970s. From production they were fitted to Jawa (famous Kyvacka) and CZ motorcycles, for example in the French 24-hour Bol d´Or and in the world’s most difficult motorcycle off-road competition ?Six Days?. Famous names such as Jaroslav Falta, Josef Fojtík, Květoslav Mašita and many others used to ride with PAL candles.

Since the 1990s, the production of spark plugs under the BRISK brand has continued in Tábor. The development of spark plugs for motorsport and racing has been one of the basic directions of BRISK owner since 1995.

Building on the outstanding results of PAL in the world of motorsport, BRISK has demonstrated to the racing world many unique design solutions for spark plugs that significantly affect the performance of engines on the racetrack in various motorsport disciplines. Thanks to the intensive cooperation with the teams, the exchange of testing information directly from the riders, BRISK always implements an individual solution according to the engine settings and thus constantly improves the performance parameters.

As a result of more than one year of joint testing with the JD KTM GUNNEX RACING TEAM in extreme conditions and in the 2019 competitions on the KTM 250SXF and KTM 450SXF engines, the „BRISK FACTORY“ spark plugs have proven to be excellent. The spark plugs were tested on brakes in Belgium and France at the „court“ tuners of the best motocross teams, where the „BRISK FACTORY“ spark plugs clearly showed an improvement in engine performance. BRISK FACTORY spark plugs are fitted to all the motorcycles of the team and ?under the baton of riders like Adam Sterry, Jose Antonio Butron, Richard Šikyňa this year will also run the entire MXGP World Championship and the German ADAC Championship Series.
