The main target of BRISK is to achieve high standard quality for fulfilment and exceeding the requirements and expectations of our customers.

The QMS at BRISK supports process management in all its activities and prefers prevention to occurrence and recurrence of defects in the early stages of product development. We treat all our customers with due care and the fundamental target is to solve their requirements immediately, including servicing during operation of our products.

We guarantee the high quality of our new products through project teamwork in which we also involve our suppliers and customers. With regard to the needs of the customer, we achieve high quality at a good price.

Our company is a holder of an ISO / TS 16949 QMS Certificate in the automotive industry, which is targeted at achievement of customer satisfaction.



The manufacturer guarantees that BRISK spark plugs do not contain any manufacturing or material defects and that they are suitable for the recommended use elaborated in the documentation issued by the manufacturer.
In the event of damages which are demonstrably caused by a manufacturing defect in the product, BRISK will cover the costs of repairs to the equipment in which the product was used in order to restore it to the condition before the fault occurred. The costs of repairs must be economically and technically justifiable.


The process must comply with the complaints procedure agreed upon with the supplier in advance. BRISK shall not be liable for any other loss or expenses.
Statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
